Special Education Services for Children ages 3-5

Preschool special education services are available for children ages 3 to 5 who have disabilities or delays in development that affect learning. These services are provided to eligible children free of charge by the NYC Department of Education.

The Committee on Pre-School Special Education (CPSE) coordinates special education evaluations and services for children ages 3-5.
